Hyatt Vacation Club at The Ranahan

Great experience! My husband traveled to this location for a quick getaway using our points with Hyatt. Upon arrival, they had our suite ready. We were exhausted and we were able to use the “indoor pool” at location with a beautiful view! The location has a snowboard rental at a very decent price, it was very nice not to go out and about to look for rentals!

Loved our stay here! One bedroom suite was very spacious for the two of us. We had a beautiful view of a little pond, but based on the layout of the building I think most rooms overlook the parking lot. The shower curtain rod in the bathroom was perhaps a bit crooked because the curtain would not stay closed all the way, leading to water leaking onto the nearby cabinet and floor. Overall loved our stay and would love to return. Location is nice - between Breck and Frisco making it easy to participate in activities in either place.

We stayed here for ski vacation it was better than expected. Rooms were super clean everything was up to date. Amenities were great inside pool nice and warm for cold days. Kids play area at the pool was nice to see. Overall this is a very nice hotel! Beautiful soon as you walk in the front the fire place and wood like cabin decor gives you the best photos!

Absolutely great place to stay with kids. The indoor splash pad and slide was great. The pool is heated. Hot tubs are great. Room was very clean and lived the amenities especially the washer and dryer in the room. Very close to downtown and shops. Plenty to do!

We had a great time at the Ranahan. Our highlight was the indoor/outdoor pool! It was so fun, and great that there were there different hot tubs. Other perks: the shuttle to town was really nice, the games in lounge was a big hit for my family. Lastly, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We’re coming back next year!

Great customer service Great facility - bring your bathing suit regardless of the weather Clean … everything Good food selection from the kitchen Easy to rent gear (ski and boarding) within the hotel and sledding from the front desk Umm every hotel needs a water refilled period! Rooms were spacious and AAAAAAAHHHMAZING!! They gave great recommendations for my kiddos for their first snowboard experience and we loved every part of it!

This is the perfect base camp for a young family looking to ski in Summit County. We have stayed here a couple of times and the rooms are HUGE. The indoor/outdoor pool along with the waterpark make this hotel one of kid's favorites! When we went up last time we had a medical emergency and had to leave 2 hours after checking in. The Ranahan staff stepped up to the plate and worked with Hyatt to get us a refund. Thank you for the 5 star service! We will be back soon!

This is by far one of the best properties I have stayed at. The staff is amazing and extremely accommodating. They all go out of their way to do what they can to make your visit enjoyable. The location is perfect. 5 mins to downtown Breck and 5 mins to downtown Frisco. The shuttle to Breck gondola makes it feel like you are staying on the mountain but so much better as you are not secluded up on mountain and can run out for dinner and more. The pools are hands down the best in town. They have the largest outdoor pool, indoor kids zone with slide and multiple hot tubs. The rooms are like apartments. I stay in a one bedroom and the space is also the best i have seen in town. Many hotels in the area are much older. This property feels brand new and modern …the amenities like the gym are top notch and have the latest equipment. Overall I have been coming to the area for many years. Once I found this hotel I have not stayed anywhere else. Highly recommend the property for the great service and property. It’s perfect.
